My Wellness Journey

Thank you for visiting my website.  I hope you find something here helpful. If you are struggling with exhaustion or day-to-day stress, I can definitely relate.  My wellness journey started about 16 years ago, when I  was experiencing mental and physical exhaustion from stress. 

It left me with daily headaches and digestive issues and obsessive thoughts and anxiety, which kept me a prisoner from living my own life.

It wasn’t until I felt my life was out of control that I sought out help. From there, I slowly became more interested in my health and well-being and started taking small steps to improve my overall health.  My daily headaches and digestive issues went away, and I learned how to control my “crazy brain chatter” and anxiety.

I lost 16 pounds over three months. I had more energy. My self-esteem and confidence improved. I started embracing self-care and learned simple tools to manage stress. I gained control of my life again and found happiness and joy. 

After having this transformation, I discovered  that my  true passion  was to share these tools and help other women overcome stress, so I became certified as a holistic wellness master coach.  It is so rewarding to empower women to embrace self- care, so they can stop the endless cycle of going to bed exhausted and waking up depleted, and find their zest for life again. My wellness philosophy is that self-care is not selfish, but essential

My wellness journey has shown me that our life’s journey is not meant to be traveled alone. We all need support at one point in our life and asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength.
